A signature outer layer from Bird of Paradise, made for warm climates and slow mornings. The Kavya is cut kimono-style from breathable, hand-loomed silk with a subtle organic slub — cloth with the irregular, living texture only a handloom gives. Its open front is framed by a deep embroidered border in clay red, running collar to hem and circling the wide sleeves, its tone drawn from temple stone and forest soil. The drape is fluid and unhurried: thrown over linen trousers, drawstring pants, or bare skin, it settles like something you have owned for years.
