Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Indonesia): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs regulations.
Bird of Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info.birdofparadise@gmail.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
