At Bird of Paradise, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • There is a defect or issue related to the product’s craftsmanship.

  • You are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange or return it.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper use.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info.birdofparadise@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

  3. Once approved, return the product to the following address:

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.

5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. We will guide you through the process based on product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos to info.birdofparadise@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
