Our pieces follow standard European sizing and are true to size. Many of our silhouettes are designed with a relaxed, flowing fit — if you are between sizes, choose the size you would normally wear and let the garment move with you. Each product page includes specific measurements where relevant.

Only natural fabrics: organic cotton, French linen, bamboo gauze, raw silk and silk chiffon. Many of our pieces are coloured with natural dyes, drawn from plants and earth. Every garment is handcrafted in Bali alongside local artisans — made slowly, in small numbers, to last.

Care depends on the fabric, and the fabric is listed on every product page:

• Cotton & linen — machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C with mild detergent. Air dry in the shade.
• Silk — hand wash only, in cold water with a gentle soap. Never wring; press the water out softly and dry flat, away from direct sun.

For naturally dyed pieces, wash separately the first few times and keep them out of harsh sunlight when drying — the colours will thank you.

Yes. Made-to-measure garments and custom pieces — including our handmade hats — are part of what we do. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will create it together.

Each piece is prepared by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days before your order ships. Once on its way with FedEx or UPS, delivery to Europe and the United States typically takes 7–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves Bali.

Possibly. Orders ship from Indonesia, and your country may apply import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece. Custom-made items are final sale. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
